Smashing Pickle / Elk Grove Pickleball Club 4-Week League with Prizes

Smashing Pickle OR Elk Grove Pickleball Club Membership is required to participate.

Divisions: 3.5 to 4.0 (not a DUPR reported league)

Format: Set teams - must have a partner to sign up (Mixed bag; 2 women, 2 men or 1 woman and 1 man)

Duration: 4 weeks, every Wednesday

Start/End dates: 11/19/25 to 12/10/25

Start Time: 8pm to 10pm

Location: The Smashing Pickle, 3443 Laguna Blvd #130, Elk Grove, CA 95758

Number of Teams: 12 

Sign-ups: Each player will sign-up for and pay through Elk Grove Pickleball Club on PlaybyPoint.

Fees: Smashing Pickle members - $20 | EGPC members - $40 

Scoring: League play will be managed in the Scoreholio App. Players must have a Scoreholio account. Players will be responsible for entering in their scores. EGPC will be on hand to assist.

Games: 12 teams with set partners will play every team once over a duration of 3 weeks (11 games). The fourth week will be for playoffs using single elimination.

Games to 11 (first team to 11 wins, do NOT need to win by 2). If games go long (more than 20 minutes), tournament director reserves the right to transition game to rally scoring.

Substitute Policy: Like skilled subs will be allowed, but absolutely no subs for the playoffs.

Schedule:

• Week 1: Instructions and 3 games
• Week 2: 4 games
• Week 3: 4 games and then playoff seeding will be determined. Seeding is determined by most wins and then point differential.
• Week 4: Playoffs begin using single elimination. 

Cash prizes (provided by EGPC) per team: Gold $150, Silver $100 and Bronze $50

Cancellation Policy: No cancellations after 11:59pm on the Saturday before event.
